How to buy

The purchase process starts with a request and is confirmed only after prices, availability, quantities, and production status have been verified.

  1. Send a request

    Click the "Request a quote" button to send your request. After submission, your request will be registered in our system as a purchase order request, and our agent will start working on the confirmation.

  2. Price and availability check

    Please note that this is not yet a confirmed order. We must first verify the prices, availability, selected quantities, production status, and possible discontinuation of the products or versions requested.

    This verification is necessary because manufacturer data regarding price, availability, and production capability may be outdated or subject to change.

  3. Order confirmation

    Once all details have been checked, we will send you an exact order confirmation.

  4. Acceptance of order confirmation

    By accepting the order confirmation, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

    • Any order cancellation request is subject to prior written confirmation from the factory or supplier and cannot be processed unilaterally.
    • You assume the binding obligation to receive and pay for all ordered products once they are collected from or dispatched by our warehouse.
    • This commitment becomes irrevocable once the order has been confirmed in our system.
    • Displayed lead times are manufacturer-provided estimates and may differ from the actual delivery time.
    • If the verified icon is shown in the Standard Delivery column, this indicates a direct connection to the manufacturer's stock system and a more accurate estimated lead time.
