In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from purchases from the e-store www.baltdevgrupp.ee are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Contract Conclusion
The sales contract between BaltDev Grupp OÜ and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation to the BaltDev Grupp OÜ bank account.
Products are not reserved before the sales contract enters into force.
Price
The prices of products sold at BaltDev Grupp OÜ are personalized and are sent as an offer by email. All product prices are in euros. When ordering products from BaltDev Grupp OÜ to a country that is not a member of the European Union, customs duties may be added to the order.<br />For more information, please contact your local Tax and Customs Board.

Delivery
If the purchase is made on weekdays before 13:00 Estonian time, the order will usually be shipped the same day. Packages are not delivered on weekends and public holidays.
